Abstract
Applications and advantages of MoS/sub 2/ in the field of atomic energy as a lubricant are discussed. This compound is used to lubricate machinery subjected to high levels of radiation and intense ha tions were taken to ensure that no one metal monopolized the conference. Separate abstracts have been prepared for 23 of the 37 papers included. (B.O.G.)
