Overview & Synopsis
Expressed is disappointment with Working Group 26 of the Second International Congress on Mathematics Education for failing to deal with problems encountered in the preparation of elementary teachers. Those problems the author feels are important to mathematics education and teacher preparation are discussed. (JP)
