Overview & Synopsis
Discussed are the differing goals of vocational and general education, the latter including industrial arts. Though not a vocational subject, industrial arts contributes to the purposes of vocational education, and the Education Amendments of 1976 permit spending of vocational education money for industrial arts programs. Suggestions are offered for state industrial arts participation. (MF)
