The Vocational-Technical Mentorship Program enables vocational teachers to spend one quarter at the United Auto Workers-General Motors training center in Lansing, Michigan, to receive upgrading instruction from industry-based personnel, observe technicians and experience first-hand applications of technology, and develop educational programs for GM employees.
